Staff Presence
Supervision across our campus
We provide student supervision on campus from 8:20am to 3:50pm each school day.
Family/families are reminded that Mercedes College cannot take responsibility for students who arrive on campus before 8:20am or depart after 3:50pm, unless they are involved in a College organised commitment.
Junior School students arriving prior to 8:20am are required to attend our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) which is available from 7.20am and then again after school until 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Junior School students not collected by 3:50pm will be directed to Strathspey and phone contact will be made with parents/cargivers.
Middle and Senior School students are able to access supervised study time in the Carmel Bourke Library and Technology Centre from 7:30am before school, and until 5pm after school hours.
Students are required to leave the school grounds when their daily school commitments are complete.
Office Hours
Our Strathspey Reception is open Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 4:30pm all year round, excluding public holidays, with the McAuley Office open from 8:15am to 4:15pm on school days during Term. You are welcome to call us on +61 8 8372 3200.
